Project Description
The most importatnt things in design process were to position the houses so thay have privacy in relation to the neighbors and to take advantage of the beautiful views that the higher parts of the plot provide: towards the sea, Zadar and the small island of Mišnjak.
Vehicular access is possible from the road that goes by the sea and in the future it will be also possible from the top of the plot, using planned road, so that each house can have its own entrance. The first house is located on the upper part of the plot, and it is composed of two cubes, bottom coming out of the ground and another standing on it, in the level of higher access to the plot. The second house is located in the middle of the plot, extends in the direction of the plot and rises above the ground.
Both houses contain kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each house has its own swimming pool, jacuzzi and parking spaces.
U malom mjestu na otoku Ugaljanu, Kukljici, bilo je potrebno isprojektirati dvije kuće za odmor na jednoj parceli. Parcela je uska i dugačka, u padu prema moru od kojeg ju dijeli samo uska cesta.
Kod projektiranja je bilo bitno pozicionirati kuće na način da imaju privatnost u odnosu na susjede i da se iskoriste prekrasne vizure koje se s viših dijelova parcele pružaju prema moru, prema Zadru i i otočiću Mišnjaku.
Kolni pristup moguć je s ceste uz more te sa planirane ceste s gornje strane parcele, tako da svaka kuća može imati svoj ulaz. Prva kuća smještena je na višem dijelu parcele, i sastoji se od dva kubusa, donjeg koji izlazi iz terena i drugog koji stoji na njemu, u razini višeg pristupa parceli. Druga kuća smještena je na sredini parcele, proteže se u smjeru parcele i uzdiže se iznad terena.
Obje kuće imaju u prizemlju zajedničke prostore kuhinje, blagovaone i boravka te tri sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama. Svaka kuća ima svoj bazen, jacuzzi i parkirna mjesta.
