Project Description
The most important things in design process were to position the houses so they have privacy in relation to the neighbors, to have all the apartments equally treated and to take advantage of the beautiful views towards the sea.
Vehicular access is possible from the road that goes uphill from the sea along the plot. Houses are connected, the first house is located closer to the sea, and the other one is located a bit higher regarding to the first one. Both houses contain three apartments with the same floor plan and huge terraces. There is one more auxiliary house on the plot, common pool for all the guests and grill area with an outdoor dining.
U malom mjestu na poluotoku Pelješcu, Lovištu, bilo je potrebno isprojektirati dvije kuće za odmor s po 3 apartmana na jednoj parceli. Parcela je u padu prema moru od kojeg ju dijeli samo uska cesta.
Kod projektiranja je bilo bitno pozicionirati kuće na način da imaju privatnost u odnosu na susjede, da svi aparmani imaju isti tretman i da se iskoriste prekrasne vizure koje se s viših dijelova parcele pružaju prema moru.
Kolni pristup moguć je s bočne ceste koja se uz parcelu penje od mora. Kuće su smještene jedna do druge, spojene su, jedna je smještena bliže moru, a druga više u odnosu na nju. Obje kuće imaju 3 apartmana jednakog tlocrta s velikim terasama. Na parceli se nalazi još jedna pomoćna kućica, zajednički bazen i prostor za roštiljanje i blagovanje na otvorenom.
